The retreat has 16 individual studios with an overall capacity for 40/52 residents. Each consists of two joining rooms with their ensuite facilities, is set in a landscaped garden and embrace our unique Blue Lotus Pond. All the studios have individual antique doors that carry the names of thinkers and artists connected with the philosophy of ancient Hermopolis.

All Studios all tastefully furnished and decorated in an authentic Egyptian style using local material and local handicraft. They have bathrooms, minibar, electric kettle and standing fan. No smoking is allowed in the rooms. We don't have TV screens, air conditioning or WI Fi. Mobile internet is accessible outside the studios in the landscaped gardens with its beautiful seating area that surrounds our Blue Lotus Pond.

The Retreat is served with a reception/reading corner, kitchen, restaurant (Banquet Room) and Swimming Pool in addition to a Conference / Seminar and a library room. There are as well several outdoor areas for seating and theatrical/musical performances. Free Parking is available inside for private cars and smaller buses but there is 'no access for big buses' which can park outside the New Hermopolis Complex.
